C20 Brazil will organize several open activities with partners throughout the year. Keep an eye on the events calendar, which will be constantly updated.
Under the Brazilian Presidency of the G20, the Brazilian Government committed to expanding the participation of non-governmental actors in activities and decision-making processes.
The Government proposed the so-called G20 Social, which will include initiatives and events made in coordination between the political (Sherpas Track), financial (Finance Track) and engagement groups, and non-governmental initiatives outside the contexts of the engagement groups. The Brazilian presidency will also promote discussions on new mechanisms to ensure the influence of non-governmental actors at G20 meetings.
